"Statement from Pillar VP"
Brotherhood
Committee
The Brotherhood committee is responsible for planning events centered around team building and member bonding. They foster a strong sense of community that is truly unique to KAP. These events include barn dance, semi-formal, monthly bingo nights, big/little reveal, and much more. They also collaborate with other pre-law organizations on campus to host events like the pre-law flag football tournament. This committee exemplifies the Brotherhood Pillar of KAP, as its goal is to create and strengthen bonds that will last a lifetime.

Recruitment
Committee
The Recruitment Committee is responsible for hosting pre-recruitment events well as the entire rush process for Kappa Alpha Pi. This includes generating interest for people to rush KAP, answering questions from PNMs, and ensuring that each round of recruitment runs effectively. The committee spends the months leading up to recruitment planning, working diligently behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly. With this in mind, the Recruitment Committee is an essential part of KAP—the rush process is critical to finding and bringing in the next generation of members.

Public Relations
Committee
The primary goal of the Public Relations Committee is to promote Kappa Alpha Pi and support its public image. This includes managing our website, social media, and merchandise. Some fun events include social media takeovers, internship spotlights, and new member spotlights. They also collaborate with brands like Poppi, Bubblr, and many more to support the events and operations of KAP. The committee works to highlight KAP's members and the fraternity as a whole, because everyone in KAP deserves to be celebrated.
